We gather essential data to facilitate safe local bookings: (a) Identification data including full name, mobile number, and mandatory Aadhaar/Voter Card details (for KYC verification); (b) Financial details including bank coordinates or UPI identifiers (to process wallet withdrawals and Razorpay escrows); (c) Real-time GPS location coordinates of users and providers to map service calls within 2km.

2. How We Use Collected Data

Your data helps operate a secure sandbox database: (a) Geolocation is tracked to route emergency technicians or monthly maids; (b) Aadhaar uploads are verified via Razorpay APIs to validate identity and activate provider wallets; (c) Telephone numbers are used to verify accounts via SMS OTPs; (d) Chat or call history helps CRM agents arbitrate raised disputes.

3. Information Sharing & Transfers

SevaA2Z will never rent or sell user databases to third-party advertisers. Information is only shared: (a) Between matched customer and service partner to coordinate visit arrivals; (b) With secure payment processors like Razorpay to authorize escrows or bank withdrawals; (c) With government authorities if legally mandated to investigate identity fraud.

4. Cookies & Web Storage

We use lightweight tracking tokens and local browser storage to keep user sessions logged in, persist language preferences, and retain active workspace configurations. You can disable cookies in browser settings, but some platform features may cease operating.

5. Information Security & Storage Limits

Data security is a vital core pillar. All sensitive files (KYC documents, bank profiles) are encrypted in transit using SSL protocol and stored securely. Account access uses passwordless OTP gateways. We retain personal details as long as the profile is active. You can request profile deletion anytime.

6. Data Deletion Requests & Contacts

If you wish to delete your profile history or purge associated Aadhaar documents, please submit a formal request to our support desk. We process data purge queues within 5 business days.
